Google earth refers to Taiwan as a provence of china something that according to that article only 26 states world wide recognise.. however even the Cia recognise this as an independent state as can be seen here:-CIA ON TAIWAN and who would argue with center of intellegencia

Phishing a thing of the past

you know I love to see one country try to command the freedom of the internet from their little hives of mediocrity .. but hey suppose someone has to put a stop spamming and phishing as I am dam tired of modifying my mail block routines to prevent this on my machine

So California home of the Governator have enacted a law making phishing illegal, as can be read on Wired.com. Similiar articles can be read on Dark Conspiracy .com

Patriot Act

According to Conspiracy planet America’s patriot act is one of those cleverly designed pieces of leglislation that should never have been passed

for example this sweet piece of public rights infringment 

SECTION 201 of the second Patriot Act makes it a criminal act for any member of the government or any citizen to release any information concerning the incarceration or whereabouts of detainees. It also states that law enforcement does not even have to tell the press who they have arrested and they never have to release the names.

my only worry is where does the law end and lawlessness start .. as it now appears it is legal to detain and deny knowledge of said detainees  .. better to read for your self in the article above
